I actually felt a little bit bad for Antonella yesterday, even though every week I kept telling my wife, “she’s gotta go!” Antonella is a pretty girl, but her voice is just no comparison to the front runner of American Idol, Melinda Doolittle.

Melinda Doolittle is by far the best singer in Season 6 of American Idol. She’s got character, she’s got an incredible voice, and she’s a refreshment to listen to and watch. As Simon said, “You little tiger! I thought we had a pussy cat here.” It’s seldom that any singer on American Idol is truly this musically talented. If you haven’t got a chance to watch idol this year yet, you have to hear her. I would buy her album today, if she had one recorded!
