I don't think you know me, but I grew up in Faith Church and my parents told me about your site. I was just checking it out and noticed your posts about Ruby and Ruby on Rails. We started using Ruby at the ministry I work for about 3 years ago migrating our PHP applications to Ruby and currently all of our Web sites are written in Ruby. Last spring we did our first Rails App an online registration system for a program called Daily Success (http://dailysuccess.org). Needless to say I highly recomend Ruby and Rails.
